Registration for the 2026 Geothermal Rising Conference will be opening early spring 2026!
What’s included?
- Full Conference: Includes access to all plenary, technical, and panel sessions, exhibit hall, Monday Night Mixer, and all conference meal functions.
- Single Day: Includes access to all plenary, technical, and panel sessions, exhibit hall, and all conference meal functions. *Only one single day pass may be purchased per individual. (Access applicable to all listed activities for day selected)
- Expo Only: Includes access to expo hall only.
- Spouse/Guest Registration: The spouse/guest registration must be accompanied by one full conference registration. This fee is not available for use by individuals employed with organizations affiliated with the GRC or are organizational members of GR. Spouse/Guest registration fee provides access to all networking and food functions including the Monday Night Mixer. Educational content is NOT included.
Early career professional members require a promotional code to obtain the registration rate. Please contact us at registration@geothermal.org to obtain the code.
Payment Policy: Payment is due upon receipt. Registrations must be paid, in full, prior to the conference and the corresponding deadline for the registration type as outlined below:
- Early Bird – Payment due to GR no later than June 24, 2026
- Standard – Payment due to GR no later than August 19, 2026
- Late – Payment due to GR no later than September 17, 2026
- Onsite – Onsite registrations must be paid in full at the point of sale
Cancellation Policy: Registration cancellation requests must be made in writing and emailed to registration@geothermal.org by Wednesday, August 19, 2026, for a partial refund. A $100 processing fee applies to cancellations postmarked or emailed by this date. NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellation requests after Wednesday, August 19, 2026. Substitution(s) can be made at any time, with prior approval.
Photography and Recording Policy
By registering for and attending this event, you acknowledge that photography, audio recording, and video recording may occur during conference activities. Your attendance constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded, and to the use of your image, likeness, voice, and any associated recordings by Geothermal Rising for promotional, marketing, social media, archival, and other legitimate organizational purposes in print and digital formats. Such images and recordings may include participation in presentations, discussions, networking with other attendees, interactions with exhibitors, and other conference-related activities. By attending, you waive any claims related to the use of these materials and understand that no compensation will be provided for their use.
Please note: By registering for the Geothermal Rising Conference (GRC) and/or adding your personal data to the GR database for the use of the GR websites, and/or to receive communications of our newsletters, emails announcements, etc., you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined in the GR Privacy Policy, which includes using your contact information for an attendees list.
