What’s included?
- Full Conference: Includes access to all plenary, technical, and panel sessions, exhibit hall, Monday Night Mixer, and all conference meal functions.
- Single Day: Includes access to all plenary, technical, and panel sessions, exhibit hall, and all conference meal functions. *Only one single day pass may be purchased per individual. (Access applicable to all listed activities for day selected)
- Expo Only: Includes access to expo hall only.
- Spouse/Guest Registration: The spouse/guest registration must be accompanied by one full conference registration. This fee is not available for use by individuals employed with organizations affiliated with the GRC or are organizational members of GR. Spouse/Guest registration fee provides access to all networking and food functions including the Monday Night Mixer. Educational content is NOT included.
Early career professional members require a promotional code to obtain the registration rate. Please contact us at registration@geothermal.org to obtain the code.
Payment Policy: Payment is due upon receipt. Registrations must be paid, in full, prior to the conference and the corresponding deadline for the registration type as outlined below:
- Early Bird – Payment due to GR no later than June 24, 2026
- Standard – Payment due to GR no later than August 19, 2026
- Late – Payment due to GR no later than September 17, 2026
- Onsite – Onsite registrations must be paid in full at the point of sale
Cancellation Policy: Registration cancellation requests must be made in writing and emailed to registration@geothermal.org by Wednesday, August 19, 2026, for a partial refund. A $100 processing fee applies to cancellations postmarked or emailed by this date. NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellation requests after Wednesday, August 19, 2026. Substitution(s) can be made at any time, with prior approval.
By registering for and/or attending an event that Geothermal Rising (“GR”) facilitates, the person or organization submitting registration to such event (“Registrant”) agrees to uphold a professional, respectful, inclusive, and harassment-free environment at all Geothermal Rising-facilitated events and activities. Disruptive, discriminatory, threatening, illegal, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from events. For clarity, Registrant includes the person or organization submitting the event registration, and their respective agents and representatives. Geothermal Rising reserves the right to dismiss Registrant, GR Members, or any individual or organization from a GR-facilitated event when GR determines in its sole discretion that the Registrant, GR Member, individual, or organization is engaging in disruptive, discriminatory, threatening, illegal, or inappropriate behavior.
Registrant also acknowledges and consents that GR or its contractors may obtain and retain photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, transcripts, information you provide to GR through membership and Event registration, information memorialized by GR in any form, and other media that may include the name, likeness, and other personal information (including but not limited to organization and email) of the Registrant during GR-facilitated programs, marketing or similar campaigns, and/or events (collectively “Event Media”). Event Media will be used to administer the Event, and for GR’s internal and external purposes, including, without limitation, to promote GR and GR events, to improve future events, for GR’s ongoing business purposes, and for archival purposes (“Purposes”). GR may share and distribute Event Media with its contractors, third-party partners, service providers, and otherwise make publicly available as necessary to fulfill the Purposes.
Registrant hereby grants an unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicenseable, and transferable right and license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, publish, distribute, create derivative works of, and display Registrant’s name and/or likeness, in whole or in part, in any medium now known or later developed, for any purpose, including without limitation, advertising, marketing, promotional materials, social media, websites, print publications, and other commercial or non-commercial uses. Registrant understands that Registrant’s name and/or likeness may be used without further compensation, notice, or approval, and waives any right to inspect or approve any materials or the uses to which they may be put. Registrant expressly waives all claims based on the use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or display of Registrant’s likeness in the materials, including, without limitation, claims of ownership, moral rights, and defamation.
Registrant and all attendees of GR-facilitated events agree to respect the privacy and preferences of fellow attendees when taking personal photos or recordings.
