Kevin Bonebrake is the Chief Financial Officer of Quaise Energy. He leads a team that is developing and executing on all aspects of Quaise’s strategy as well as funding and commercializing its innovative millimeter wave drilling technology for power-dense, deep geothermal energy applications. Kevin started his professional career as a mechanical engineer researching industrial laser applications, then spent nearly twenty years advising energy companies on all aspects of strategy and financing as a senior investment banker at Morgan Stanley and Lazard.

Andrew Coleman is Executive Director of Government Capture in Corporate Affairs at the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) where he leads strategy and federal, state and DOD business development opportunities. Coleman held positions as a Senior Technical Executive, Senior Program Manager and Account Executive. Coleman’s areas of technical expertise are in structural geology, geothermal sciences and environmental remediation.
During a hiatus from EPRI, Coleman was appointed the Director of Energy Systems Engineering at Lehigh University’s P.C. Rossin College of Engineering and Applied Science. Before joining EPRI, he worked on company-wide projects at Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) in Newark, New Jersey.
Andrew Coleman earned a Bachelor’s degree in geology from Lehigh University. He also earned a Master of Arts degree in geology and a Doctorate in Earth and Atmospheric Sciences from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York. Coleman finished a business certificate program from MIT Sloan School of Business. Coleman is an actively licensed professional geologist (PG) in California, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Delaware.

Mark joined Prelude in 2013 to have a positive impact on the reversal of climate change by investing in entrepreneurs applying emerging technologies to resource-intensive industries. He holds a BS and MS in Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from The Stanford Graduate School of Business. Mark has authored patents and publications in materials science across sectors including microelectronics, advanced cements, and pharmaceutical delivery. Prior to Prelude, he held technical and commercial roles at Celanese Corporation and worked with Terawatt Ventures, Chevron Technology Ventures, and sustainable chemistry start-up Novomer. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for Arable, Boston Metal, Citrine Informatics, Fortify, Meati, Quaise, Rumin8, Thea Energy, Xcimer Energy, and Windfall Bio, and he has oversight for Prelude’s investments in Atom Computing, Greenlight Biosciences, Pivot Bio, polySpectra, and Unspun.

Torsten is Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Underground Ventures. UGV is investing $40m over 3-5 years into early-stage technology startups enabling geothermal deployment on a global scale. Prior to UGV, Torsten co-founded software company YouNoodle in San Francisco, and serves as an expert evaluator for Innovation Fund Denmark, collective member at Nordic VC fund byFounders, and an advisor to early-stage VC fund Antler. Torsten is also an angel investor in multiple women's health companies, and startup advisor for the Alliance of Democracies.

Steve Krase has over 40 year experience developing downhole drilling technology. Steve has held senior technology positions at Baker Hughes, Halliburton and Nabors. Steve is currently CEO at Hephae Energy Technology focused on developing high temperature electronics and systems that will enable the development of Next Generation Super-Hot Geothermal.

Greg Leveille recently retired after spending 40 years working in the oil and gas industry. At the time of his retirement, he was ConocoPhillips’ Chief Technology Officer. Since retiring, he has become involved in geothermal energy production, especially with regard to Enhanced Geothermal Systems (EGS) and hydrothermal field developments, which are two portions of the geothermal industry poised to benefit tremendously from the transfer of unconventional hydrocarbon reservoir technologies and knowledge.

Jonathan is a Managing Director in RBC Capital Markets New York City office. He oversees the Firm's Energy Transition investment banking work in the United States, with a specific focus on geothermal, carbon capture utilization and storage as well as the hydrogen and other decarbonized molecule parts of the economy.
