These courses focused on installers and service technicians result in attendees receiving recognition and certification which are universally recognized as providing assurances that your geothermal project meets the top industry standards.  These classes are only open to current members of the Iowa Geothermal Association.
• Separate tracks for technicians and non-technicians. If you work in the field, you have the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge AND CEU credits from some of the best in the industry.   For those non-technicians, this conference will help you better sell geothermal to your clients and market the benefits to both homeowners and commercial interests.

Following a successful Kenya Geothermal Congress (KGC) in 2022, GAK will host a bigger and better international conference in 2024. In the coming months, delegates will be assured of a world standard conference in Nairobi. As the National Association, GAK is strategically positioned to convene the Congress, leading conversations on geothermal resource development. The Congress will provide an excellent opportunity to national, regional and international stakeholders ranging from independent power producers, business fraternity, development partners, government institutions, manufacturers and individuals to showcase their technology and products / services and networking.

The triennially held WGC is a coveted event for the global geothermal community, bringing together professionals worldwide to share knowledge, innovation, and best practices in geothermal energy.

Planning for WGC2026 in Calgary is set to commence immediately, with a formal handover slated to occur during the closing ceremony of the WGC2023 in Beijing, China.
