Workforce Success
Our organization celebrates and values the unique perspectives and contributions of our members. As a global geothermal non-profit, we embrace the responsibility to promote opportunity, representation, and access across the geothermal industry. We have established a committee of volunteers to lead Geothermal Rising’s efforts and establish our community leadership, metrics, analysis, and guidelines. We will be publishing materials and information to help support our industries in their own endeavors, and will be establishing activities within our program to educate, inform and engage.
Through the Workforce Success Committee, we aim to build a connected and innovative community by encouraging initiatives that empower individuals and elevate the geothermal industry. There is still much work to be done, and as we grow across markets and internationally, Geothermal Rising will continue to prioritize efforts that create opportunities for all within the geothermal community.
