• Interested authors must submit a technical abstract for consideration by the Technical Committee. 

• After the abstract review is completed, qualifying authors will be invited to submit a technical poster for possible inclusion in the technical program. Invitations are not a guarantee that a poster will be included in the technical program. The presenting author must accept the invitation or the abstract will be withdrawn from consideration. 

• Invited authors will submit their completed technical poster by the posted deadline. Technical posters will be reviewed by a minimum of three program volunteers. Posters that do not comply with the Poster Template and subsequent formatting instructions may be rejected. 

• Authors that fail to submit their technical posters and all other required documentation by the appropriate deadline may be withdrawn from the program and/or subject to 1-3 year submission suspension.
