In December 2025, the U.S. Department of Treasury issued new rules clarifying how the Internal Revenue Code governs how Tribes and those who do business in Indian Country are taxed, eliminating decades-long confusion. Gone are the days of double-taxation with states. This panel will clarify the new tax rules and promises to be a lively and enthusiastic discussion.
