Geothermal Rising has negotiated a special block specifically for our event attendees. All Geothermal Capitol Hill Day attendees should make every effort to stay at the official event hotel. Supporting the official hotel room block provides staff support to resolve hotel reservation disputes; ensures attendees receive all applicable discounts and materials; and assists GR in maintaining affordable, quality programming.
The room rate is $399, per night, and does not include occupancy/local taxes. Hotel rates are for single/double occupancy. Additional occupants may be subject to an additional charge. The deadline for hotel reservations is 5:00 PM, EST, Tuesday, May 16, 2023 or until the room block is full. After this date, the hotel will only accept reservations at the group rate based on space availability. All changes and cancellations should be communicated directly to the hotel.
